Peer Review

Peer Review Policy:

Following a preliminary assessment and plagiarism checking, papers are sent for a double peer review by the Secretary-Editor. The journal’s policy is to have manuscripts reviewed by two expert reviewers, utilizing a double-blind peer review process in which the identities of the authors are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa.

All manuscripts are reviewed as rapidly as possible while maintaining rigor. Reviewers make comments to the author and recommendations to the Editor who then makes the final decision. After peer review and final corrections by the author according to reviewers recommendations, the paper may be accepted, revisions requested, or rejected; this decision is taken by the Editor-in-Chief, in consultation with the Consultant Editors when required.

The Editor or members of the Editorial Board may occasionally submit their own manuscripts for possible publication in the journal. In these cases, the peer review process will be managed by alternate members of the Board and the submitting Editor / Board member will have no involvement in the decision-making process. Every article receives a detailed technical edit by a staff of specialist editors after peer review and ahead of publication.

The journal staff has the rights to make technical and scientific changes and modifications on the manuscripts according to the style of the journal and has the right to refuse publication of the manuscripts at any stage of publication in due any reason regarding misconduct to the journal and its reputation and scientific contents.
